LOCATION: excellent position and traffic connection - The location of our project is located in a newly urbanized settlement in the wider city center. The project is located in a side street, thus ensuring its tenants peace and privacy in a green environment. BUILDING: modern reinforced concrete building with 16 apartments, garage and courtyard parking. The modern four-story building is designed with clean and straight lines, large balconies and high openings. Emphasis is placed on lots of light and connection with nature. Only the highest quality materials and the latest technologies were used in the project in order to provide future tenants with a quality and comfortable living space. TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION: the construction of the building is reinforced concrete walls with a thickness of 20 cm. Partition walls are made in a system of plasterboard walls with a thickness of 12.5 cm. Floor coverings are multi-layered oak parquet designed for underfloor heating, as well as Class I ceramic tiles. A lot of attention was paid to the design and appearance of the building, as well as energy efficiency and sustainability. Smart switches, access control and video surveillance, as well as heating and cooling control via mobile devices in each apartment are only part of what should help and make everyday life easier for its tenants in today's accelerated pace and way of life. SUSTAINABLE CONSTRUCTION: A+ energy class building achieved by careful selection of the highest quality solutions and installed equipment. Great attention was paid to care for the environment both during the design and during the construction itself and the selection of materials. Heating and cooling, as well as the preparation of hot water in all apartments, is provided by heat pumps of the latest generation of the Samsung ClimateHub brand. The heating is underfloor, the cooling is via air conditioning, and everything is connected through the same main unit, which also serves for the preparation of hot water. Outdoor units are located on the roof of the buildings. All built-in lighting is LED. The external carpentry is three-layer aluminum with an interrupted cold bridge and electric blinds with remote control. Thermal efficiency is also ensured by 14 cm thick insulation on all external walls. Apartment S5 is located on the 1st floor of a residential building and its total net area is 63.07 m2.
